HomeReach Real Estate Agents earn commissions in two main ways
. By
representing the buyer or
representing the seller in a sales transaction. Listing agents and the homeowners traditionally set the listing commission at 6%, where 3% goes to the agent representing the buyer, and 3% goes to the agent representing the seller.

we share 33% of our commission with home buyers, up to 1% of the purchase price. Buyers can use this money for closing costs or cash back after closing.

Prior to scheduling a tour of properties, we ask our buyers to 1)
Pre-Qualify for a Loan (only once, not for every property shown). We need to know how much home you can afford. You can use our preferred lenders or your own. This helps save our agents time by not showing clients properties out of their price ranges. It is also an essential element when writing an offer so we ask that you have it ready to go. 2)
Buyers to drive by property first. If there is still interest, we will be happy to schedule a tour of the property for you. This helps us save time showing you properties in neighborhoods you aren’t interested in.
