HomeReach.com’s Founder  Expands “Sharing is Caring” Philosophy

SAN DIEGO, September 1, 2009 - David Tal’s desire to help San Diegans goes well beyond giving cash rebates to his clients. Tal explains, “When HomeReach.com was developed we had a goal of giving back to the community. With small steps and lending a hand where we have the ability to do so, we truly believe we can make a difference for people in need in our community.” As a result of his mantra, “Sharing is Caring,” Tal created the HomeReach Volunteer Association.

The HomeReach Volunteer Association brings together HomeReach,.com’s agents, and invites friends and family to join as well in order to further extend their reach and impact in the San Diego Community. This is part of their ‘Your Home. Our Community’ campaign. Each month HomeReach.com and the HomeReach Volunteer Association will team up with a local charity to sponsor or volunteer in a “home related” philanthropic event.

“I’m so grateful that our agents want to volunteer and have been so enthusiastic about our ambitious plans.  You can’t ask for a better work environment” says Tal.

The HomeReach Volunteer Association kicked off the ‘Your Home. Our Community.’ campaign on Saturday, August 29th by volunteering with the San Diego Habitat for Humanity. The volunteers helped build a home for local families in

need of safe, decent and affordable housing. The ability to offer their time and hands to a cause such as the San Diego Habitat for Humanity could not be more gratifying for Tal, “Seeing people come together to build a home for people in

need was really special, it shows that even in tough times, people’s good natured hearts never fade.” On Sept. 13, HomeReach.com will treat 62 foster children and parents to a first class day on the town culminating at Petco Park as part of a joint effort with Solutions for Change and sponsor, Global Plastic Sheetings.

“I can’t wait to pick the kids up in limos, drive them around town, end up at Petco Park to watch the Padres play, and spoil them with shirts, gifts and other donations, all while raising money and awareness for their cause,” explains Tal enthusiastically.

The “Your Home. Our Community.” campaign goes further than helping an individual or a cause.  Tal is also lending a helping hand to local businesses in the housing industry by giving them free advertising space on his website.

Visit HomeReach.com to sign up for the HomeReach Volunteer Association and lend a hand to further extend the reach that Tal and his agent’s are so passionate about. As we can see, HomeReach.com is here for San Diego; it truly is “Your Home. Our Community.”
